Pragati Tiwari’s poems collection simply takes away readers from daily life and tries to talk with them, the intimacy is genuine and the windows are open to embracing all the feelings that we negotiate in darkness, the response is sublime but now Pragati gives them shape with her words.
Pragati Tiwari’s Shades of Hues is a huge canvas that she filled with emotionally colorful patchwork. The book is an astonishing literary journey of untold feelings that pouring into the pages like a deep splash with a promise to touch your inner voice and reflect innocent urges, and sometimes questions too.
Shades of Hues is immensely capable of bewildering you with its finesse in wordplay. The narrative slowly explores a bouquet of themes. A selected collection of seventy-five poems that combine into the characteristics chapters of Dusk, Midnight, and Dawn. My favorite chapter is Midnight. Pragati Tiwari shares her idea that both light and darkness are the necessities of life and we must go through both of them with equal acceptance. It flawlessly delved into an emotional journey that expands our concerns, wanted to be a voice for what darkness may emotionally feel like as it comes and goes out of your life, and the best thing is, it’s vividly picturized conversation with you that is unfolding a delicate dance between separation, and emptiness; bewilderment, jealousy, anger, anxiety, helplessness, pain and sorrow, fear, isolation, hope, silence, love, healing, gratitude. Occasionally exposing a tingling effect in your heart which makes you resonate with the narrative. Formatting the question that plunges into the realm of a compassionate story strengthens the author’s grip on the reader’s heart.
The transformation of the chapters plugged you into a strong relationship with the poems. It naturally delivered the internal conflicts and depicted a package of mysterious universe of human emotions that is intriguing to unveil with each passing page.
Every poem is so beautiful and thoughtfully crafted that makes my senses resonate with all. The author Pragati showed impeccable maturity and gracefully handled the curves and situations. Another thing is her romantic nature in presenting the poems which is a remarkable aspect of this book. Beautiful lyrical prose perfectly captures the imagination flow and is packed with simple words that will make you easily glued to the book.
The book represents a nook of self-awareness and understanding. Pragati Tiwari’s expression is bold and developed with every next chapter, the more you read the more you shall discover the fact.
All the shades of emotions that Pragati Tiwari tried to explore are various callings from deep thoughtfulness and went to the void that filled inside everyone. It’s a huge canvas that she filled with a patchwork of emotions that are waiting to be unfurled respectively. Each piece of the poem is powerful and impressively nudges a tingling sensation in the reader’s mind.
