The Hunter Genesis- Revelation
Book 2 of The Hunter series

This was a Beta Read

I became a huge fan of The Hunter Genesis series after reading the first book, it was such an enthralling book of adventure series that was a perfect combination of mythology, fantasy, and science fiction. This second part was again an exhilarating page turner.

This is the second part of the series and I am astounded that the author didn’t disappoint me in creating the same captivating atmosphere; the author Jasveer Singh Dangi presented an action-packed adventure journey with a lot of breathtaking twists and turns.

This book started after Kanika Dwar happened. Hunter embarked on the journey to find the celestial powerful weapons to save Rehan’s child. In book 2, Hunter finds those meticulously powerful weapons on a mysterious, invisible island, he finally solves the puzzle, and the mystery unfolds thoroughly with a lot of action drama. And what happens after Hunter and his team get those mighty weapons is the real USP of this book, it narrated with utmost care and sheer brilliance.

It has a war sequence with the Pyrates which was really well crafted enough to give you goosebumps, and this book reveals everyone’s past life. I was waiting for this part. The past background of Hunter, Rehan, and The Widow, was a compelling read. While Hunter’s background baffled me, the widow’s past life felt quite predictable and Rehan’s history was heart-touching. The most powerful chapter was Hunter’s background and character development which was an utterly brilliant mash-up of sci-fi and Mythology that constantly made me realize what a masterful writing this book is.

The first book “The Hunter Genesis” was a tremendously exciting adventure journey, this book absolutely matches the same captivating ambiance and imagination flow, it doesn’t fail to constantly keep it gripping.

Every character and peeling off the layers of their past life was a very interesting part of this book, they opened to the readers in a very intriguing style. This is the second dominating aspect of this series that kept me hooked till the last page of this book. I must say Jasveer’s firm, lucid narrative is a plus point of the book which I find par excellence.

Verdict – Jasveer Singh Dangi has brilliant imagination power and storytelling skill. Don’t miss this fantasy-mythology blended series.
